But in an astonishingly frank interview, Kelly reveals she has all the hang-ups and insecurities of every other woman. 'I'm not 20 any more,' she tells the September issue of the magazine. 'My boobs are real, and they even hang a little.'The 30-year-old cuts a stunning figure in her bow-tie, cuffs and black lacy underwear, in a shoot entitled 'The U.K's hottest export'.
The News of the World quote the thirty-year-old admitting to feeling threatened by other models: 'I was a little self-conscious about the shoot because I look at the other girls in the magazine and they're just so perfect.'The photographs were shot by legendary photographer Ellen von Unwerth, who has worked with Britney Spears, Rihanna, Janet Jackson and Claudia Schiffer, and also feature Kelly in a pink dressing gown.
Kelly told celebrity website Fox 411 earlier this month that she was thrilled with how the shoot turned out: 'I was able to produce an amazing photo shoot that I know when I’m old and grey, I can look back on and go, oh my God, that was me when people were interested in seeing me scantily clad.' The cover shoot has been timed to coincide with the release of her new horror film Piranha: 3D. But Miss Brook's curvaceous figure has been attracting criticism recently, firstly from some who were unimpressed that Kelly appeared in a tiny bikini for all of her scenes in the film.
And now road safety campaigners have started a backlash against her nude billboard campaign. The advertisements, for Reebok, feature Kelly naked except for a pair of trainers, and have been called 'a deadly distraction' for drivers. Critics are concerned the billboards may have the same effect as the infamous 1994 'Hello Boys!' Wonderbra campaign featuring Eva Herzigova, which was blamed for causing dozens of car accidents. Kelly wasn't deterred, though, saying she was 'so excited', but also that: 'It's a bit scary having yourself up on a billboard but I suppose I've got to get used to it.''It seems this month is my naked month!'
