The 32-year-old star said stars who chat about going under the knife send out the wrong message. She said: "I can't bear the fact that girls these days think you have to be thin to be beautiful and successful. I'm not thin. I don't starve myself. I don't look at my face and body and think I need surgery or a boob job or a bum lift.
"It makes me very angry when women in the public eye talk about what work they've had done, because it makes other women feel devalued."And finished: "They should just shut up about it!"Gorgeous Kelly has created a line of saucy underwear for High Street store New Look, referencing the glamour from previous decades in lots of lace and satin.
Describing her collection in today's Telegraph, she went on: "It's what suits me. I've got curves. Most girls have curves, so that's who I design for."And the sultry siren opened up about her work as a model, actress, designer and TV personality and said she could have been the next Kate Winslet if she had solely concentrated on acting.
She told: "I often think if I had been better at focusing on one thing exclusively I'd have had an acting career like Kate Winslet or a career as a top dancer. But in many ways I've gone with what people want me to do rather than what I want to do."And looking towards the future, she noted: "I am changing that now."Kelly went to the Italia Conti theatre school at the age of 12 as she was "determined to act, dance, and sing" and will next be on screens in comedy flick Keith Lemon: The Movie.
