The curvy beauty is renting a £6,000-a-week house while she works on building her Hollywood career. But this week Statham and girlfriend Rosie Huntington-Whiteley toured the site of their new home – THREE doors down from Kelly.
The Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels actor was spotted on Thursday, hours after Kelly moved in. Statham, 37, has million-pound properties in Malibu, California, and nearby West Hollywood.
His new abode, understood to be costing £10million, has unobstructed views of LA and the Pacific. He is said to have snapped up the house as a love nest for him and 23-year-old actress Rosie.
Meanwhile Kelly, 31, has told pals it is now or never to make her Hollywood dream a reality. Last year she had a minor breakthrough with a lead role in Piranha 3D. And she is rumoured to have a landed a key part in Burn Off, a film set to star Reservoir Dogs actor Michael Madsen.
